Andre The Pygmy Hedgehog

I thought I would update you all on how Andre the Pygmy Hedgehog is doing. He is now 4 months old and is just adorable. He seems to have a liking for Mark (my partner’s) feet and can regularly be found trying to crawl up his trouser leg! We have also bought him a wheel and he seems to go on it all the time, apparently they can run 26 miles per night on a wheel!

Andre also has a big appetite and I regularly spoil him with Sunday dinner, scrambled eggs, mince and vegetables! Every night we wake him up at about 8pm and play with him although he doesn’t look too impressed when I force him to have kisses from me!

Two beautiful new additions have been added to the Alice in Wonderland jewellery collection tonight. I really do enjoy making these popular charm bracelets, there is something quite therapeutic about attaching each charm and bead and creating something that almost tells the Alice in Wonderland story! Both of these bracelets feature some really amazing Alice in Wonderland images such as The Mad hatter, the White Rabbit and Alice and The Pig Baby.

I loved designing this new Gothic style Alice in Wonderland necklace. The ornate bow and antique silver plated setting are so unique, they were a joy to work with. The iconic words ‘We’re all mad here’ as said by The Cheshire Cat in The Alice in Wonderland story are used within the stunning pendant setting making this piece of Alice in wonderland jewellery a piece to really treasure!

Alice in Wonderland movie!

Finally the new Alice in Wonderland movie was released yesterday. I’m very excited but will sadly be waiting another week to see it. My parents are here in Manchester next weekend and we thought it would be nice to see it together! I’m really looking forward to seeing Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter. I can’t think of anybody else who would have suited the job better! Have you seen the film yet? Leave me a comment and let me know what you think!

New Alice in Wonderland jewellery has been added to my web site tonight. From left to right we have another Mad Hatter’s tea party necklace. This time the pendant is a real statement piece with the Mad Hatter’s tea party pendant measuring 2 inches round. Characters in this illustration include Alice, The Mad Hatter, The March Hare and The Door Mouse. Next is one of my popular Alice in wonderland charm bracelets. This charm bracelet features illustrations of Alice in various scenes from the story, there are also numerous Alice in Wonderland brass charms, yellow polymer clay flowers and a yellow satin ribbon. Lastly is my lovely Alice and The Deer necklace with a delightful image of Alice and The Deer in pink and green. I have accentuated the design with a pink satin ribbon and ‘Alice’ brass charm.

I have just added this new Alice in Wonderland charm bracelet to the web site. Unfortunately there will only be one of these beautiful additions to the Alice in Wonderland jewellery collection. The bracelet features some Wonderful characters from the Alice in Wonderland story such as Alice and The Pig Baby, The Mad Hatter and The White Rabbit. I have added some beautiful silver plated Alice in Wonderland charms like teapot, mushroom and ornate lock. To finish off this unique jewellery design I have complimented the piece with delicate pink and white clay flowers and a pink satin ribbon attached to the toggle clasp.

A quick up date to let you know about the new Alice in Wonderland – Mad Hatter necklace that i have added to the website. I have taken the famous scene from the Alice in Wondrland story of The Mad Hatter’s tea party. I just love this illustration and think it looks perfect in this ornate brass pendant setting! The illustration features some of the fabulous characters from the Alice in Wonderland story such as The Mad Hatter, The March Hare and the Door Mouse as well as Alice herself!n This is one of my favoutire illustrated scenes from my Cherished Trinkets jewellery collection.
