Great Manchester 10k Run
Posted 8.16 pmYesterday was the Great Manchester 10k Run! It was a fabulous day and although I was feeling a little nervous before the start, I really enjoyed it! The buzz of running around the course with people you don’t even know cheering you on and willing you to do well was fantastic! I managed to run in 1 hour 4 mins and 36 seconds which I was pretty pleased with as I had stupidly put myself in the wrong wave and found myself trying to get past people who were walking it. I have managed to raise £345 for Cancer research which I am more than happy with! I can’t wait to run again next year!
