Today I made Ginger Bread Christmassy Cupcakes!

Today I was in a baking mood! Last time I baked cupcakes it turned into a slight disaster so when I saw this fantastic cupcake making kit from Manchester’s Hey little Cupcake I thought I would have another go! You get all the ingredients you need to make 6 delicious cupcakes (minus the eggs and butter for obvious reasons) with instructions. If you haven’t heard about Hey Little Cupcake then you’re missing out! Sarah Wilson bakes some of the best cupcakes I have ever tasted using ingredients that contain no hidden nasties! She is currently waiting to move into her new shop in Manchester’s Spinningfields. I can’t wait!

Here is my finished batch of cakes. The kit even comes with a delightful gift box and ribbon so you can present them as a gift!
