Shipping/Postage
Shipping within The United Kingdom
Generally most items are posted within 2 days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation of postage email once your order has been paid for.
Shipping is a flat rate of £3.50 to anywhere in the world and I charge 50p per additional item.
Items sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail first class
Items sent to anywhere else in the world are sent via Royal Air Mail
Gift Wrapping and packaging on my jewellery items
Your item will be packaged in a jiffy bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, presented in a jewellery gift box and beautifully decorated with ribbon. I aim to package your item so it is ready to give as a gift (if bought for a special someone).
Returns
If you are unhappy with your jewellery please contact me within 3 days of receiving your piece, once an item is returned a full refund will be given via Paypal. I would also ask that the item is send via registered post as I will not be refunding items that are not returned to me.
I will not re issue refunds on items that have been worn.
Please note I will not accept returns for earrings for health and safety reasons.
If you receive your item and find it may need resizing such as a necklace or bracelet I am happy to do this for free, just email me with details and return the item via registered post, you will also need to pay for the item to be returned to you.
Paying for items
Paying for your items is quick and easy. Add items you like to your shopping bag (cart), you can view your shopping bag to see the items you have chosen and add or remove items. Once you are happy and have selected the postage you require click to proceed with your payment. You will then be taken through the rest of your transaction via Paypal. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account you will see instructions telling you what to do and you will be able to enter details for your debit or credit card to pay for your goods. Once you have paid for your items you will be redirected to the cherished Trinkets website informing you your order has been successful. I will also email you with confirmation and an expected day for postage; this email will go to the email address you have entered in Paypal. (If you do not seem to receive an email in your inbox, check your junk mail)

Please rest assured that your personal information will never be shared with any third party. All transactions are carried out through Paypal. Paypal do not share your payment information with a third party.
